June-Ann began her real estate career in Delray Beach, Florida, and in 1993 was honored by her peers as Realtor® of the Year. Her commitment to continuing education and professional excellence is reflected in earning the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) designations. These advanced credentials represent specialized training in residential real estate, negotiation, marketing, and the unique needs of clients age 50 and older.

June-Ann has also served as Chairman of both the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee in Palm Beach County, positions entrusted to experienced real estate professionals to help uphold the industry's ethical and professional standards. Her service in these leadership roles reflects the respect she has earned among her peers and her longstanding commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Today, June-Ann specializes in the Treasure Coast and Hutchinson Island, with extensive knowledge of single-family homes, condominiums, waterfront properties, and boating communities. As a lifelong yachtsman, she offers valuable firsthand insight to buyers searching for the right waterfront lifestyle—whether that means finding deep-water dockage, easy inlet access, or simply the perfect water view.

Her love of boating made Fort Pierce a natural place to call home. With its uncrowded beaches, deep and wide inlet, Indian River Lagoon, and convenient access to the Gulf Stream and Bahamas, June-Ann understands firsthand why so many people are drawn to the Treasure Coast.

June-Ann and her husband live in a historic Fort Pierce home with their five Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She is actively involved in the preservation and revitalization of Fort Pierce and has served as Chairman of Edwin Binney Sea Scout Ship 404, Commodore of the Pelican Yacht Club, and Commodore of The Florida Commodores Association.
